MoR's location master has no zone level in a chartered city: CITY_NAME is the
sub-city and LOCALITY_DESC is the numbered woreda. e-Trade fills the gap by
repeating the region in ZONE, pushing the sub-city into CITY_NAME and the
woreda number into LOCALITY_DESC, so every Addis Ababa buyer failed CITY_NAME
lookup and could not be filed at all.
Retry one level down when ZONE repeats the region, accepting it only when
both shifted levels resolve exactly — an unknown zone still fails with its own
message. Match a zero-padded 07 against MoR's own WOREDA 7 spelling, and
add the reviewed AMAHARA / KOLFIE KERANIYO / MISRAK SHOA aliases.
Verified against the dev database: 2 of 40 companies resolved before, 31 after.
Extends the warehouse hierarchy below zone with ground stacks and vertical
slots, so a container's exact position is recorded rather than only its zone.
- freight.warehouse_zone_stacks / warehouse_zone_slots, plus nullable
stack_id / slot_id on warehouse_inventory (existing rows stay valid)
- slot occupancy is derived from inventory status, guarded by a partial
unique index, so no exit path has to remember to free a slot
- placement service: hierarchy validation, bottom-up stacking rules,
accessibility/blocking-container reads, capacity vs slot summaries
- stack CRUD with auto-generated slots; reuses warehouse-zone permissions
- slot support folded into the existing move()/store() paths
- fix: validateLocation now rejects a mismatched warehouse/yard/zone triple
- seed:warehouse-layout builds the layout from a JSON config
The OCC report publishes total loading and unloading time and the other
activity left over from a station stay, but nothing recorded when handling
started or ended — the July 2026 seed had to write the figure into a
checkpoint note. Four nullable stamps now ride the stop's arrival row, which
is the row the staying-time report builds a stay from (a turnaround's
departure belongs to a different schedule).
Handling is unloading start to loading end, so a container stop reads as one
window and a bulk station that only loads or only unloads still reports its
half; other activity is the rest of the stay. Both stay NULL where nothing
was logged rather than collapsing to zero.
- station-staying-time: + loading/unloading and other activity per stop
- turnaround-cycle: + the same, summed over the cycle's stops
- loading-unloading (new): per train per station per period, so a week or
month view is that train's average over its stops
- the stop/stay query moves to operations-classification, shared by both
BuyerDetails Country/Region/City/Wereda now resolve from the Ministry's own
EIMS_COUNTRY_REGION_VW master instead of the EIMS_BUYER_*_CODES env maps and
the ethiopia-geo-codes table. Both invented their codes and looked names up
globally, so KERSA/GORO/BABILE/BURE — each present in several zones with
different LOCALITY_NOs — could be filed against the wrong jurisdiction.
Resolution is hierarchical and refuses to guess: an unknown or ambiguous
address raises a local validation error naming the level that failed, and
never selects the first matching row. Spelling differences between EDR and
MoR live in a reviewed, parent-scoped alias layer; the dataset itself stays
verbatim so it remains traceable to the Ministry sheet.
Resolution now runs before the counter reservation in both the single and
bulk paths, so a bad company address no longer burns an EIMS sequence number.
Adds eims:import-locations to regenerate the dataset from a future workbook,
reporting duplicate rows and same-hierarchy code conflicts.
seed-occ-july-2026 loads the OCC plan and operated figures the operations
reports were built against, so the plan-versus-actual tables have real
numbers to check.
tmp-ops-plan, tmp-ops-verify, tmp-mkdb and tmp-ops-reconcile were
scratch: written to reconcile those figures while the reports were being
built, and superseded by the seed above.
Adds a parallel export system the reports module can also draw on. A dataset
describes a table's exportable fields — including related-entity detail the
list page never shows — and the engine assembles a query from whichever fields
the caller picked.

Two invariants carry the design:
- Every lazy join is a LEFT join, and ExportJoin has no 'kind' field to make
anything else expressible. An inner join added because a checkbox was ticked
would change the rowset, so two exports of the same filters would disagree on
their row count.
- Because of that, the count cannot depend on field selection, so /count runs
base + alwaysJoin only and is exact rather than an estimate. Verified: count
and the delivered file both report 223 rows.
One-to-many relations (a booking's containers) aggregate in a correlated
subquery rather than joining, so a row can never multiply.
Export rides each dataset's existing view permission — no new permission keys
and no seeder change. Sensitive columns are simply never declared as fields:
raw gateway payloads, signature blobs, error dumps, raw jsonb snapshots,
internal user UUIDs and review notes are all absent by construction.
bookings ships 77 fields across 10 groups. scripts/validate-export-datasets.ts
EXPLAINs every dataset's widest query, its count query, and each field on its
own against the real database — the per-field pass is what catches a field
referencing a join it forgot to declare, which otherwise only fails when that
one field is picked alone.
Replaces the owner/general-manager/PoA trio with a single identity whose
subject is the PoA when the company declares one and the owner otherwise.
- Drop the general manager everywhere: entity columns, DTOs, required-field
list, self-service attributes, gm* identity handling.
- New explicit poaDeclared answer ("yes"/"no") replaces poaSameAsOwner. A
DARS delegation letter is required iff it is "yes"; a freight forwarder is
forced to "yes" server-side and gets no waiver.
- Owner name/email/phone become typeable and required, prefilled from the
eTrade lookup, never falling back to the authenticated account.
- Store eTrade's manager separately (etradeManagerName/Phone) and expose
ownerMatchesEtrade so backoffice compares the asserted owner against the
licence instead of against itself.
- Foreign companies satisfy the identity with Fayda or a passport number, on
whichever subject is verifying (poaPassportNumber added).
- Write companies.email/phone from the owner unconditionally, so a company
without a Fayda-verified owner still has a notification address.
Map EDR invoices onto the MoR EIMS /v1/register document and add the
cryptographic transport needed to talk to core.mor.gov.et.
Mapper: DTOs mirror the supplied Postman collection section by section.
Tax is resolved per line via a caller-supplied resolver and throws when
unresolved -- the app models no tax at all (invoice.taxAmount is always 0,
invoice_lines and the rate catalogue carry no fiscal columns), so a
zero-rated default would assert a tax position the codebase cannot support.
Seller identity, document number, counters and previous IRN are passed in
explicitly; the mapper stays pure.
Transport: config, credential loading, RSA-SHA512 signing and /auth/login
with an in-memory token cache. Signing reproduces the process that produced
a working live token -- compact JSON of the inner request only, exact UTF-8
bytes, base64 signature, and base64 of the certificate file's exact bytes
with no parsing or re-encoding. Concurrent callers share one login via an
in-flight promise. Refresh is deliberately unimplemented: the collection
shows an unsigned refresh body but also ships unsigned examples of calls
that do require signing, so an expired token re-logs in instead.
Errors normalise to EimsApiException carrying only the gateway's own error
fields; secrets, signature, certificate and tokens never reach logs.
Key and certificate file patterns are gitignored.
Nothing calls EIMS automatically and no invoice entity, migration or UI is
touched.

Returned-containers list now uses the shared DataTable + useListControls
(search, inclusive date range, status select, pagination) instead of a
