Backend now generates a separate marshalling document per corridor stop
where the consist actually coupled/uncoupled/switched something
(marshallingStops/marshallingDocumentAt), instead of one 'current
position' doc. Wires that into the backoffice:
- TrainScheduleV2DetailPage: the single Intercity Marshalling menu item
becomes one item per stop with a logged change, falling back to the
old single item when nothing has happened yet.
- TrainScheduleTrackPage: same fallback/menu treatment on its own
marshalling button.

The detail page showed the company's business contact details but not the
credentials anyone actually signs in with, and the two drift apart
routinely — so "the customer says they can't log in" was unanswerable
from this screen.
Adds `GET /backoffice/customers/:companyId/accounts`, joining each
external profile to its IAM account, primary contact first. Deliberately
not filtered to active accounts: a suspended or never-activated login is
exactly the case being looked into. The user query selects columns
explicitly — the entity's relations include credentials and sessions, and
this response reaches a browser.
Rendered as cards rather than a table: it is a handful of rows of
mostly-optional fields, which a table renders as a field of dashes.
"Password never set" is called out on its own, being the usual answer to
"they never got in", and a profile whose IAM user is gone reads as a red
fault rather than an inactive status.
role-dashboards.config.ts's ROLE_LAYOUTS was a hand-typed table of ~40
raw role/position keys (including edr_freight_app/xxx ad-hoc
sub-positions), matched against the user's held keys client-side.
Replaced with resolveOverviewLayout(), which just picks the
highest-priority key out of whatever GET /overview/layouts returns —
the same 'server filters by permission, frontend renders what comes
back' shape Reports already uses, so the frontend no longer needs to
know any individual permission key.
Hard cutover: no fallback to the old key table. Positions not covered
by the previous commit's grants (the ad-hoc department sub-positions)
will render the executive layout until granted a layout permission.
Adds cancel, sales/withholding receipt filing + listing + PDF download, and
credit/debit memo issuance to EimsFilingCard, each gated on its own
permission.

Two gaps that only bite in production: nobody could see an invoice's filing
state, and a blocked chain was visible only in the logs.
A failed filing now notifies the staff who can act on it. An ambiguous result
is HIGH priority because it blocks every further invoice for the system number
until someone resolves it, and nothing else would surface that -- the sweep
just goes quiet. A deterministic rejection affects one invoice, so it is
normal priority. The alert never throws: it must not mask the filing outcome.
The backoffice invoice detail page gains an EIMS card showing status, IRN,
counter, submitted and acknowledged timestamps, and the gateway's own error
message, with actions gated on invoices:eims_register. FAILED offers "File
again" -- the reservation model already allows re-registering a rejected
invoice, so retry needed no new endpoint. UNKNOWN offers no re-file button at
all, since resubmitting risks a duplicate registration, and instead explains
that a supervisor must record the IRN or discard the attempt.
Also aligns the migration class name with its renamed file. The DDL is
idempotent, so re-applying under the new name is a no-op against the columns;
it leaves one superseded row in freight.migrations.

Ticket #238 — pre-approval edits and document uploads write straight
to the live company row with no approval gate and, until now, no
trace. Adds an append-only company_revisions log (diffed field
changes, document uploads) recorded from updateProfile and
uploadCompanyDocuments, exposed via GET /companies/:id/revisions and
shown as "Version history" on the backoffice customer detail page.
