natib21 f27f00d480 fix: use vehiclesService and add VEHICLES QUERY_KEYS ...

- Add VEHICLES to QUERY_KEYS constant
- Use vehiclesService.getAll() instead of direct API call
- Remove duplicate Vehicle type definitions
- Fix TypeScript type references
